With 30 years as an agent with the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®, Andy has significant experience with the sale of historic, canyon and luxury homes. His area of expertise is promoting, consulting and negotiating the sale of east bench homes and building lots in the Avenues, Sugar House, Capitol Hill, Harvard/Yale, Olympus Cove, St. Mary's, Sandy, Liberty Park and Holladay. Andy also has unique real estate expertise in Emigration Canyon and Parley's Canyon, including Pinebrook, Summit Park, and Jeremy Ranch.

Andy has received many accolades in his career, including: #1 Sales Agent at Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush in 1998, 2001, 2003, and 2006; Masters Status, Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® Superior Achievement Award; and is a Lifetime Member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Due to his unique interests in the canyon areas and historical Salt Lake, Andy is a current or past a member of several important associations, including: the Emigration Canyon Township Planning Commission, the Emigration Canyon Community Council, The Heritage Foundation, and the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Although he has been in Utah for many years, Andy is a native of San Francisco, California. He attended Southern Oregon State College and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Andy enjoys moving rapidly over water, snow or man-made surfaces, camping and observing wildlife with is family, digging holes and planting things, visiting with friends and family. Andy is married with two children and lives in Emigration Canyon.
