Five stars! My most recent experience with Andrea (closed 8/14/25) was stellar. She helped me purchase that Edmonds condo in 2012, and when it came to selling it I was so glad I didn't have to interview realtors; I already knew exactly the best person to work with! Tied in with the 2012 purchase was the selling of a large, single family home in Lake Forest Park which Andrea also handled. I originally met her about two years earlier at an Open House around the corner, and we hit it off from the beginning.
Buying and selling this summer was even more stressful as I was purchasing a house across the country. Andrea described the Bridge Loan program as a way of purchasing my new condo without making it contingent on selling the Edmonds condo; a much stronger offer. There were so many details, and Andrea handled them as they came up. Her communication is excellent. Her knowledge of the local market is invaluable. The whole team around her is very responsive and great to deal with. I love the fact she provides so much data whenever I would ask about the current value of the Edmonds condo. All kinds of data without any hype of suggesting an unrealistic selling price only to have to lower the price two weeks later when there is limited interest. I trusted her to suggest the listing price, we went with that, and the results were beyond anything I could have imagined. Five Star Realtor!

I was impressed by the references I received from several sources. She uses her extensive knowledge positively. She has assembled a team if effective specialists who make the sale of property organized and free of potential time consuming difficulties. She showed a concern for costs that was welcomed. Andrea kept us fully informed as we proceeded through th preparation, listing, and sale of the property. She was especially helpful in the long distance closing activities.
There is one other important quality that Andrea always displays. She is a nice person.

We feel very lucky that we had Andreas For our agent. There were many problems getting the condo sold, some expected and some unexpected. Andrea was patient and optimistic through the entire process.
