Andie is great for both the seller and the buyer. We know this because she successfully sold a resort property for us and then found a unique property for us to buy. As sellers, she did her homework and learned every detail of the property, created creative marketing material to target potential buyers throughout the western states, and remained enthusiastic through many showings and open houses. After we accepted an offer she managed each step of the transaction with excellent communication. As buyers, Andie took the time necessary to learn what we were looking for and presented us several properties to consider. Our list of needs and wants was extensive and nothing quite fit right. She continued to monitor the market and found a property that checked all our boxes before it was officially listed. I still can’t believe we actually bought a house and the whole process was even enjoyable! As a first-time buyer, I had no idea about the steps involved in buying a house and the whole prospect seemed a bit terrifying. Working with Andie and Jenna was great because they were so easy to communicate with and super helpful with everything. We always knew where we were in the process and the way they set it all up, it didn’t feel overwhelming, which is what I was afraid of initially. I was dreading the house buying process. The unknowns of it all weighed on my mind: how do I find a real estate agent? How do I get a loan? What does escrow even mean? Will I have to advocate for myself in such a way that this will feel like a second job? With Andie and Jenna, the reality was the exact opposite of my fears. From the beginning, they were exactly who they said they were. Their attention to detail at every step including viewing the house pointing out the age of the roof when the thought hadn’t crossed my mind, never taking short cuts with paper work, and remembering little personal bits about me from side comments, was beyond my wildest expectations. When it’s time to think about real estate again, I know who I’m going to call.

Andie and Jenna are the best realtors I've ever worked with. They are incredibly thoughtful and I really felt like they had the best interests of my family as their priority. They are great communicators and I always felt very in the loop with what was going on. I trust them completely and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They made what can be a very stressful experience into something doable and even exciting. Andie was the best landlord we have ever had. Not only was she responsive, but she also genuinely cared about us. If we ever needed anything she was right there, but she also never bothered us. Team Conrad Quinn pulled off a complex miracle for me over the last few months! What started as a poorly defined investment property idea in August materialized as a complicated and arduous closing on a foreclosure last week and we couldn't have done it without them! Andie has a wealth of knowledge, went to bat for us and stretched way beyond her regular scope of work to whip a poorly-functioning escrow service into order and get the deal across the finish line. I'm so impressed with her knowledge of the area, her ability to see underlying value in a hot-mess of a property and her tenacious attention to details. When I asked her if this amount of effort was 2x or 3x the usual work, she replied "5x" but with a smile and professionalism the whole way. You definitely want these ladies on your team and I couldn't recommend them more.
