Amy helped my wife and I purchase a condo in downtown Bremerton. I had been watching this particular Condo building for a very long time. Despite the fact there were times when Amy never heard from us for months she always returned our calls within minutes. When we finally made the decision to purchase there were challenges. The seller was in Virginia and my wife and I were out of the country. Despite these challenges Amy pulled it off without a hitch. I have worked with Amy just shy of 10 years, and can honestly say that in my entire history of buying and selling real estate, in multiple states and countries, I have never encountered a better agent.
Amy is simply ON IT, from start to finish.
By way of example, for my last transaction — a sale — which closed last month, she responded to my inquiry email immediately, viewed the property snd booked her stager and professional photographer the following morning; her asking price was spot on, and she always kept us informed about what was happening with the listing well before we thought it time to check in with her.
She deftly recommended countering, rather than declining one offer that ended up being the now completed transaction, and even personally arranged for the replacement of a heater that had been recently recalled by the manufacturer, when we opined that the buyer(s) could take care of that on their own!

Amy helped us purchase a home in the Hood Canal area, which was hours outside of the city we live in. The sale was complicated due to being for-sale-by-owner, a new boundary line adjustment requiring extra title scrutiny, and unfinished utility work which was delayed due to winter weather. She went above-and-beyond to guide us through the process, which required her resourcefulness to collect information and untangle issues so we were set up for success. Throughout the process, Amy was calm, knowledgable, and supportive of our decision process. She never put pressure on us to move forward until both she and we were confident that we were protected through the sale and beyond.
