Born and raised in Seattle, Amanda enjoys sharing her deep knowledge of the neighborhoods that make up our city.  She is constantly inspired by how each home has it’s own unique story and strengths. Her innate creativity and love for design provided a natural foundation for her move into real estate in 2011 at Windermere. With a background in architecture and design, Amanda has a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the aesthetic elements that make a house feel like a home.  When she’s not helping our wonderful clients, she loves capturing her family through photography, working in her garden, on home projects or posting mouthwatering content on her black dog cottage baking blog.
