Iโve been with Windermere Real Estate since 1999, starting as a receptionist at Windermere Investors Marketplace, Inc. in Medford. In 2002, I joined Windermere Trails End Real Estate, LLC in Shady Cove as a receptionist, and in 2006 I obtained my Real Estate license. Fun fact: my very first client became my husband, and we moved into the first home I ever sold! Over the years, my role evolved into Office Manager, where I oversee day-to-day operations, including managing listings in FLEX, creating marketing materials and social media content, coordinating advertising, and maintaining our website. I handle transaction files and closings to ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant, as well as processing commission checks, payroll, accounting, and taxes. I also schedule open houses, maintain office and floor calendars, organize records, and provide support to agents and our principal broker with marketing, tech, and administrative needs.
