Hello! Meet me, Amanda Francis, a resilient and determined single mother, who embarked on a new chapter of my life when I moved from Spokane to Yakima for my first teaching position in the East Valley School District. Since 2007, I have called Yakima my home, raised my two daughters, Faith and Alyssa Hope, and purchased my first home through Windermere Real Estate.

When I was new to the Yakima Valley, I turned to Windermere Real Estate to begin my homebuying journey. Through that process, I discovered the Yakima Valley region, was shown family friendly restaurants, parks and neighborhoods, and even learned that Yakima received the “All America City award” in 1993 (and again in 2015). As the door opened, I knew this was the right place to be for my family. I then purchased my first home in West Valley, further deepening our roots as a family.

In 2022, I began shifting into a career in real estate, combining my passion for teaching with my newfound love for helping families find their ideal homes. Recognizing the importance of home in my own life, I aspire to help others discover the beauty and potential of the Yakima Valley region. Furthermore, I am proud to be working with my daughter Faith Francis – as a mother and daughter team here at Windermere Real Estate.
