We had bought and sold a few houses in our lifetime. Our engagement of Allison Stensrude was amazing. Her and her team put together an amazing description of our home and she brought in a fantastic photographer. Allison was involved in the staging of our home and her expertise was invaluable.
The house hit the open market on a Friday morning and after multiple showings over the weekend we were dealing with two offers by Sunday. Her guidance in dealing with multiple offers helped us make the right decision.

We engaged Allison Stensrude in January in an effort to find a larger home and without a sense of urgency. Our house is paid for and we love the home and location. However we felt a need to look for something larger. Allison over the course of the next six months sent us dozens of options and took us to see a number of homes. In August a house came on the market that hit all the check marks we were looking for. With Allison's help we were able to negotiate a fair price and addressed a number of issues revealed by the inspection. We closed on our new home on Tuesday.
Phase two was to sell our current home. Which could not have gone better. Allison was able to guide us through preparing the house for showings and with her knowledge of the market we priced the house and hit the market on a Friday morning. By Monday we had had eight showings and fielded two offers, including a cash offer for the established price. In four days we had sold our house.
From day one we were confident in both finding a home and selling ours because of the knowledge, dedication and guidance provided by Allison. Thanks to her and her team we are now living in our dream home and look forward enjoying years of entertaining and visitors.
