Alicia's connection to Park City began in 2004, when a family vacation turned into something far more meaningful. On their way out of town, a "For Sale" sign caught her eye, and what started as a quick detour ended with the family returning home with much more than a souvenir. That first purchase sparked a love affair with Park City that has only deepened over the past two decades.

A Providence College graduate with a B.S. in Marketing, Alicia launched her career at Mendik Realty, then one of New York City's four largest commercial real estate firms. There, she honed her expertise negotiating leases with Fortune 500 companies and conducting financial analysis on the acquisition and disposition of major Manhattan office towers, a foundation that gave her an exceptional command of both the business and the art of real estate.

That expertise is deeply personal as well. Alicia has been directly involved in 24 residential and investment property transactions on behalf of her own family, and currently owns and manages a portfolio of investment and personal properties in Utah, Bozeman, MT, and Spring Lake, NJ.

Alicia always goes the extra mile for her clients, and at the heart of Alicia's approach is a simple belief: exceptional client service begins with truly listening. When she's not focused on real estate, Alicia can often be found on the slopes or the trails — alpine and nordic skiing, hiking, and soaking in Park City's stunning mountain scenery. She is also an avid supporter of local nonprofits, is working to sharpen her Spanish language skills, and enthusiastically cheers on her husband and daughters in their marathon and ultra-marathon pursuits.
