Ali and her team recently handled both the sale of my existing residence and my purchase of a new home. Every aspect of my sale and purchase transactions were executed flawlessly - from the soundness of her suggestions and recommendations, to the insights and clarity of her answers to my questions, to the thoroughness of her preparations, she made these the easiest and smoothest transactions I've ever experienced. Ali is the consummate professional. Ali/Windermere also have a group called Windermere Transaction Services, which tracks every phase and step of the selling and purchase transactions. Every Friday afternoon I received an email from them with updates of every aspect of each transaction broken out by task, person responsible, due date for completion of task, progress of task, and next steps. I hired Ali Mills to sell my large Bellevue home and to help me buy a smaller home in Maple Valley. She was exceptional! I went through a recent divorce and needed to downsize but was very nervous and intimidated to go through the process by myself. She took care of everything and it all went very smoothly. She advised on when and how to market so I got top dollar and she was super helpful in the buying of my new home as well. We especially appreciated how Ali: - starts out by getting to know you as a person and your needs & concerns, and therefore helping to figure out what properties address your needs. - worked with our broad geographic search. New to the area but particular about a few things, we were looking in a wide range of neighborhoods and even counties. Ali was accommodating in seeing houses (or finding an associate to see houses) all over with us, including from her home base of Eastside and beyond King County to Kitsap, Island, and Snohomish. - was communicative and candid. Working with Ali and the Buyer Capital program, we were able to buy a house we wanted in an extremely competitive, fast-moving market, under the pressure of our own timeline to move. She also has excellent connections and great taste.
