Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduate of Central Washington University, Alec Near is a licensed property manager for WPM South. With a background in law, Alec has the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the legal complexities of property management and ensure that the property is well managed and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a property manager, Alec is committed to providing his clients with exceptional service, transparency, and a results-driven approach to property management. He is known for his ability to work closely with property owners and tenants alike, ensuring that their needs are met and that their properties are well maintained. Being a real estate investor and rental property owner, Alec understands how to manage rental property from an investor’s point of view.

In his spare time, Alec enjoys exploring the great outdoors, working out, and spending time with his friends and family. He is also an avid basketball fan and enjoys rooting for his favorite teams.
