Alec has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 1996, initially as a salesperson and evolving into the role of Managing Principal Broker in 2006. Most recently, he served as the Managing Principal Broker for Prudential, now Berkshire Hathaway, in Eugene. With a genuine passion for helping others navigate the complexities of real estate, Alec finds joy in collaborating with fellow brokers and supporting clients in achieving their sales and life goals.

Known for his straightforward and honest approach, Alec values integrity above all else. He believes that trust and loyalty are paramount, and you won't find anyone more committed to going the extra mile for you than he is.

Outside of work, Alec cherishes time with his family. Married to his wife, Melissa, for over 20 years, the couple, originally from Southern California, loves exploring all that Oregon has to offer. They have two sons: Michael, a graduate in mechanical engineering from George Fox University, who is passionate about track and has participated in mission trips to Uganda; and Nicholas, who is pursuing a career as a biomedical engineer and also ran track.

In his downtime, Alec enjoys building and flying radio-controlled helicopters and airplanes, swimming, running, and riding his road bike. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, he is eager to mentor others and support their growth in the real estate business.
