Teri Finley is the epitome of commitment, honesty and diligence when it comes to her profession in Real Estate. 

As a Mid-West native, Teri grew up enjoying the 4 seasons and all they had to offer. With a business mindset from a very young age, Teri always knew she’d move into a career that suited her inherit skills. Buying her first rental property at the ripe age of 28 allowed her to experience just a taste of what Real Estate transactions could be like. 

After graduating from NAU, Teri received a job offer from Mobil Oil which brought her to the San Fernando Valley.  After 8 years with the company, Teri moved to the desert area with her husband where she raised her family and gained her Real Estate license in August of 2002. 

While working as a Transaction Coordinator and a Buyers Agent, Teri learned the ins and outs of her field, gaining the experience and education that would propel her career forward.  When you meet her, her love for working with buyers and seller is obvious and she has years of experience with rental property purchases and management.

With 11 years under her belt as a Buyers Agent, Teri moved from ReMax to Desert Sage, which was acquired by Windermere Homes & Estates in 2016. 

Currently working at the Windermere office in front of Palm Valley Country Club, Teri is infamous for her vast knowledge of the Desert and its most popular golf courses & gated communities. 

From her honest approach to her knowledgeable and helpful demeanor, Teri has been a huge resource for the growing franchise, bringing decades of experience and a love for Real Estate to the Windermere brand.
