Dave is an amazing Managing Broker and Owner. Since 2007, I have had a desk 15 feet from Dave's office. His knowledge of the Real Estate industry, negotiations, pricing and strategy is top notch! He has an open door policy and a warm demeanor. Daily I walk into his office with questions and he never ceases to provide valuable advice. He cares deeply for the brokers in our office and goes out of his way to support us with education, resources, ideas, new technology and anything else we need.
