Casey did an amazing job helping us navigate this difficult Seattle market! Casey saved us $77,500 with his negotiations! In the end he secured us a great house, in the location we desired, at a price we could afford. He answered all the questions we had throughout the process, and helped make us comfortable with purchasing our first home. Casey was available any time of day, even answering texts and emails on his vacation. I couldn't recommend Casey enough, he made a very difficult process easy and I am very thankful we had his expertise to rely on.

Casey has been my real estate agent since 2010, and he is -- hands-down -- the most competent and caring professional I have ever worked with in any field. Period. First, Casey knows the local market like the back of his hand. That lays the ground work. Then, he is excellent at thinking through all the aspects of buying and selling, presenting you with all the options, and encouraging you to make decisions that best work for your family -- then using his skills to maximize those choices. Also important, he is extremely personable and easy to work with. But unlike with some real estate agents, this is not just as a negotiating tactic. He really cares about people, their families and communities, and this comes through. For example, he has not only helped me buy and sell homes, he has helped me in the in-between times, finding excellent contractors to work on our homes, counseling us on property issues and making recommendations to other professionals to help. His colleagues and referrals are always top notch and have maximized our homes and our experience living in them. And he keeps his cool and helps you keep yours. We are tremendously grateful for Casey and his team, they did a phenomenal job and have earned our highest praise. Suffice it to say, Casey is the third realtor I’ve worked with, and I will not be looking for a fourth when the need for a realtor arises again. Casey is knowledgeable, patient, responsive and extremely helpful when it comes to all the details and important steps necessary to prepare for and deliver on a sale. He was able to refer us to great contractors for the work he recommended and helped manage almost all the details. Several times throughout the process I called, texted, or emailed Casey with questions or concerns and he always responded promptly with helpful information and or simply wise perspective that instilled confidence in an anxious seller. When we didn’t get the offers we were hoping for initially, Casey’s experience guided us through the uncertainty well. When we got our first offer, which was not ideal, we were quite hesitant to decline and wait, but Casey wisely encouraged us to take a beat and see what else materialized. Sure enough, the next day two competing offers came in and Casey walked us through the discernment and acceptance process. Then, even as my anxiety continued through the closing until the funds finally hit our bank account, Casey was reassuring, his experience was a tremendous asset for us. I am a planner and researcher. I had all these wonderful ideas about how to go about buying a home and what was needed. Fortunately I didn't follow through with my plans of waiting until I had 20% down and Summer time when more homes are offered up for sale (that was my thought anyway) to start our search for the right home for us, and one that we could afford. Casey gave us some of the best advice we could have received. After listening to him, working his approach to home buying, and reviewing our needs and wants, we ended up with a home that far exceeded our wildest dreams and for less we would have thought possible. It wasn't magic that put us in our home. It was just good solid common sense guidance that Casey, with his decades of experience, was able to provide my wife and myself, and for this we are truly grateful.

Casey calmed our fears with his 20+ years of experience and his down-to-earth personality. Here’s the BEST PART: because he is at the top of his craft and he is always learning about the changing laws and markets, he noticed an error in our accepted contract which resulted in us being able to legally renegotiate with the sellers after consulting with his broker’s law firm. Long story short, he saved us a substantial sum of money because of his awareness of complicated real estate legalese and his moral obligation to work in our best interest. I spent hours researching realtors in the area before asking Casey to work with him. This was one of the best decisions of my life, and I cannot thank Casey for his services enough!
