Through Windermere’s “Track to Success” you can be confident that you’re launching your career with a plan. You’ll be provided with systems and tools that are designed to increase your profitability, while making you the industry expert your clients expect.

Pre-License Education:

There has never been a more exciting time to be in real estate – or at Windermere. This is why Windermere is putting a big focus on hiring both new and experienced agents. We now offer online Pre-License classes in seven states: Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, and Nevada. We also offer a live pre-license course in Washington State. Visit for more info about getting into real estate and to contact our Professional Development team to discuss the process of getting your license and joining a Windermere office near you.

Continuing Education:

Once you’ve earned your real estate license and you’ve been matched up with a Windermere office, the next step is to begin the training process that builds the foundation of your business. It starts with Windermere’s “Track to Success” program, which includes Windermere Ninja Installation, an exclusive four-day intensive course created by the renowned trainer Larry Kendall, and taught by an elite team of Windermere instructors.

To further promote our agents’ career growth, and meet the state license renewal requirements, we offer professional designations, skill building courses, and extensive trainings both live and online. Each state differs depending on requirements, market place, and demand. However, what remains consistent is that our staff, teachers, courses, and materials all cater to the professional growth and development that every agent needs to launch their career in real estate, and to continually take their business to the next level.

We strive to train our agents to be the most competitive in the industry. That’s why Windermere agents earn more than double the national average. According to the National Association of REALTORS®, the typical real estate agent earns $47,700 a year* while Windermere agents make an average of $112,487.
