I am a numbers lady, I thrive on it and have the ability to make complex data easy to understand. For the seller, a sound market analysis helps price a home correctly, getting to the best possible price in the shortest possible time. For the buyer, an analytical review of local listings helps to inform an offer.
With that said, real estate is more than numbers; it's meeting people, developing relationships and earning trust. I work hard to provide excellent service, providing information that is both personally and professionally useful.
Family, Friends and Fun
Outside of the office I enjoy time with my husband, my sons and daughter-in-laws, spoiling my seven grandkids, taking in a CrossFit session or refereeing girls basketball. I enjoy being active in the community - especially serving with my Kiwanis Club of Kennewick group.
