When you have 'Hope' all dreams are possible.

Monica was born and raised in the great Northwest. She is the youngest of nine kids and believes much of her negotiating skills come from lessons learned, as a young child. She grew up in Bellevue Washington, attended college in Seattle and has lived in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties. She feels that Washington is one of the most beautiful places in the United States and enjoys all that the Northwest has to offer; lakes, mountains, forests, city sophistication and country ease. She also is an University of Washington Huskies and Seattle Seahawks fan. 

Monica is a lifelong equestrian. She currently shows Arabian horses at the local and national level. Monica also has shown Quarter horses, miniature horses and Paints. She has owned and operated multiple equestrian properties and knows what it takes to market this very specific classification of real estate.

A dog lover and animal advocate, Monica shares her Lake Tapps home with her husband Troy, four dogs, four horses and four goats. She donates a portion of every commission to multiple charities that are near and dear to her heart; Alzheimers research, animal welfare and programs supporting military service members and first responders. 

Monica loves her job and her clients! She feels so blessed to have found the perfect occupation to fit her skill-set and personality. She has had tremendous success thanks to the many wonderful clients for entrusting her to help them in one of the most important purchases of their lives.
