Managing Broker

Kirsten Robertson is a Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate and has been a real estate broker since 2003. A resident of Kirkland since 1998, Kirsten has helped clients buy and sell modern and traditional homes on the Eastside and Seattle since 2003. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and, prior to her career in real estate, had over 15 years experience in sales and marketing for companies like Microsoft, IKON Office Solutions and Cendant Corporation.

A Modern Focus

Although Kirsten appreciates and works with all types of architecture, she has a special affinity for modern and mid-century modern design. She loves the open spaces, volume, indoor/outdoor connection and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of good modern design. She has taken that clean aesthetic and applied it to marketing homes in general. Whether its a Cape Cod, Craftsman, Mid-Century Modern or Farmhouse, distilling down the essence of a home and translating that into marketing that will attract the right buyer is what makes her job fun and challenging.

Vacation Homes

Through the years of traveling the Northwest with her husband Frank, always checking out the local real estate, Kirsten has built relationships with brokers in some of the best known vacation destinations in our area.  Kirsten and Frank have owned real estate in Lake Chelan and now in Walla Walla. Because of her own experience buying and selling second homes, she can help second home buyers navigate the ins and outs of that process as well as connect them with many excellent brokers in vacation markets of the Pacific NW.

Staying Educated

Kirsten believes the role of the real estate broker and their level of education and expertise has become more important as real estate transactions have become ever more complicated. She strives to remain educated on the latest legal changes and issue as well as marketing techniques and to be a value-added partner to her clients as they navigate through the buying and selling process.
