Updating my review because David and his team has now helped basically my entire family buy and sell homes. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I recommend him to literally everyone I know. He’s great on every transaction - big or small; buyer or seller. Can’t recommend him enough! David is super easy to work with really knows the ins and outs of buying and selling a house (even during COVID). I've heard so many friends talk about how hard it is to get your offer accepted in this market and David helped me figure out which houses to look at how to structure an offer so I didn't have to go through the pain of making multiple offers. When it came time to sell my house, he had me so well prepared that I almost forgot I was selling until it was closing day. David and Sam worked very closely with us. David was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on selling our home. While I was initially skeptical and concerned about some of the costs of the recommendations, I was blown away by the return on investment. On the buying side Sam was very helpful and provided her expertise on finding the right home for us. She pulled us out of our comfort zone and was able to find us a home that we weren't even originally considering, but in the end, we couldn't be happier and are so glad we went out to see it. They also provided their mastery in making and taking offers to give us the best deals on both sides of the home transition and guided us deftly through all the paperwork. All in all, it was a most pleasurable experience.
