Cynthia was born in Granada Hills, California. She graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a BS in Mathematics and continued her education at University of Nevada Las Vegas with a MS in Mathematics and a PhD in Instructional and Curricular Studies (Human Cognition). Cynthia’s educational background fostered her discipline, strong work ethic and ethical business acumen.
Additionally, Dr. Glickman has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2000, and a Broker since 2005. Her extensive experience includes a specialization in Investment and Luxury properties.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, followed by a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before transitioning fully into real estate, Cynthia served as a mathematics professor and college dean, experiences that shaped her leadership style, discipline, and strategic thinking.
