Hi!

If you’re looking for a fun, professional real estate agent who knows the Seattle area and real estate market, then I’m at your service! I’m a Seattle native who, after traveling around the country and abroad, moved back home in 1986. Since then, I’ve helped many folks buy, improve, and sell their homes. I’ve also done the same with my own homes and multifamily properties since 1992. In my off time I make sure to enjoy life - some of my passions include flying around the state (I’m a pilot), building fine furniture, checking out new restaurants and nitespots, and seeing many great films during the Seattle International Film Festival.

You’ll know the right price to ask or offer and I can help you develop a negotiating strategy. • GREAT COMMUNICATION - Getting the best house for your money or selling quickly requires great communication between us. I touch base with most of my clients daily (unless you prefer otherwise) and update you with any new information such as new listings or potential buyers for your home. I return calls promptly and am easy to get in touch with in person or by phone, e-mail, and fax. • FOLLOWING THROUGH - Finding the right home to buy or person to buy your home is only half the work. With you, I coordinate and track the rest of the work, including title, escrow, inspections, work orders, and financing that must happen on strict timelines in order for your purchase or sale to successfully close. • PLACING MY RESOURCES AT YOUR DISPOSAL - Over the years, I’ve developed a team of reliable professionals that I can refer you to if needed. These include lenders, inspectors, title & escrow, and contractors.
