As a Bellevue-based real estate agent helping both buyers and sellers, I consider it my mission to listen to you, ask the right questions, and truly understand your motivations and preferences. I believe, every client and property is unique. My approach is tailored based on what’s best for your situation instead of taking a cookie-cutter approach.
When you chose me to list your home, you get a professional broker deeply committer to both the art and science of their craft. I proudly leverage the people and resource of the Windermere network – our region’s largest – to get your listing in front of qualified buyers. I’ll prepare our home’s spaces, so they’re presented to buyers in their best light and marketed with attractive visuals and compelling story telling. I’ll also communicate real-time market trends that empower you to make decisions that elevate the success of your home sale. These include considerations of timing, pricing, and how we can best position your home to outshine the competition.
When I’m not working, I spend time giving back to the community. I’m on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army’s Eastside Corps in Bellevue. Family members of mine were devastated by Hurricane Katrina, and the Salvation Army provided the healing and relief they needed the most.
In my spare time, you might find me cycling around Mercer Island, skiing at Snoqualmie or Crystal Mountain, running, swimming, hiking, or traveling. I’ve completed two full Ironman’s and Ultraman Florida. My wife is always roping me into running events.
