Meet Tonya
A lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, Tonya Wahl is proud to call Whatcom County home. Outside of real estate, she enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and discovering new places. She is also grateful for the Blaine School District and local youth programs that have helped make the community a wonderful place to raise her sons. Tonya has served as Director and Treasurer of the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered at several events, reflecting her commitment to the local community.
Tonya has joined the Windermere family and partnered with Billy Brown. Together, they bring decades of real estate experience in Whatcom County, with a focus on residential properties and vacant land.
