The Great Todd Story...
With a strong foundation in education and nearly two decades in the title and escrow industry before joining Windermere in 2013, I’ve dedicated my career to helping real estate professionals succeed. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with agents to integrate new technologies and social media strategies that enhance their business and client relationships.
As Director of Training for Windermere Services, Todd collaborates with the Windermere ProDev team in Seattle to create engaging, practical learning opportunities for our brokers. This includes developing curriculum for Windermere University, instructing the Windermere Tools webinar series, creating video training content for the Windermere Suite of tools, and onboard training for new franchise operations. Todd is also involved in the development of new programs like the Windermere Way training series, designed to help brokers work more efficiently, build stronger client connections, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
