"Mom, why do you ask so many questions” Theresa's oldest son once quipped.  Curiosity is why Theresa has always asked too many questions. She likes to ask questions of her sons, her friends and especially her clients looking to buy or sell their first or last home.  How else do you know what brings a person joy or makes them nervous unless you ask A LOT of questions?

Theresas' success in working with large public agencies have given her a solid footing for a successful real estate practice.  As  project manager for the University of Washington's last two Master Plans, she drove both projects from conception to completion.  With both Plans approved, the University succured the ability to build 9,000 million square feet of new development on the Seattle campus to respond to student growth and research projections. New architectural guidelines, development standards and an increase in open space were all key pieces of these written documents that guide the Univeristy in its physical development.  Whether she was involved in negotiation with campus leadership, community members or City of Seattle staff, Theresa has always asked a lot of questions to find out what her clients considered their highest priority and worked to get it.  She will put her negotiation skills to work for you whether you are buying your first home or downsizing for the last time.

Theresa will make the process fun and easy to understand.  As a consummate professional she is reliable and ready to work for you. Her communication style is open and straightforward. She will act as your advisor and consultant, bringing information to the table to help you make an informed decision about buying or selling.

She has lived in Seattle since 1978 and currently lives in the Rainier Beach area with her husband Joe.  She is a proud grandmother to Jaxson and and Noah and mother to two grown sons, Sean and Jake.  Her hobbies include gardening,  wood carving and bowlturning.
