I met Suzanne at an open house and was instantly impressed with her professionalism and her likability. I kept her contact information for future use, as I had a second home to sell and possibly another one to buy. When I approached her to ask if she'd be our broker, she graciously accepted, even though it was out of her area. The house needed lots of repairs and upgrades, and Suzanne was there to help me make decisions about where to put the money to appeal to the most people. She has a great talent for design, which she gladly shared. Even when the money was exhausted, she helped me get a Windermere loan to finish the project. I couldn't have done it without her. She's also a master stager and staged the house at her own expense. It took many months to sell (nothing to do with her), and still she (or another agent) was there to hold open houses until it sold. I'm eternally grateful for Suzanne's help and guidance on this sale and for the friendship that developed.

Suzanne was enthusiastic from the start when I was just contemplating the idea that there may be a property I could like as much as my Seattle house but with a larger art studio workspace, a large workshop for my partner and hopefully a separate rental possibility. A lot to roll into one city property. She was on the lookout and sent me listings for at least a year. When my partner suggested that we get out of the city we started exploring new areas and stumbled onto our dream house on Bainbridge Island, way out of Suzanne’s usual territory. But she was able to jump in and handle all the details, paperwork, scheduling of the purchase, and timeline for selling my house as a contingency. She got the purchase price down for us as well! Her enthusiasm and attention to detail made the process run smoothly and I felt like my interests were well represented by her. She was able to travel to the new property when needed making for long days. She has a great sense of vision for interior design and gave us new ideas for personalizing the new home. We approached Suzanne about representing us as our real estate agent after having such a great experience with her when she represented another client who was interested in a property we were selling. She really impressed us in how she handled all aspects for her clients, so we kept her contact information with the idea that we'd like to work with her when we were in the market to buy again.Fast forward nearly a year later and we did, indeed, need an agent. My wife and I purchased a house through Suzanne last year [2015]. This is the second time we purchased a property and I have been through dozens of agents in the past three years. I must say she is the best one I have ever met so far. She worked very hard and constantly gave us updates for the new houses on the market. She is super friendly and very professional. She is also very passionated about her career and we enjoyed our time with her through the entire experience.During the time we searched for a house, she has at least completed five market analysis for different properties. Shopping for a house was never my idea of an entertaining pastime, but Suzanne did a great job making the best of it. The energy she continuously contributed to the process was a huge component in keeping me on track. She was very understanding and flexible when it came to adapting to my evolving set of requirements. We met Suzanne in an open house she was hosting (or helping hosting). We immediately felt good about her as a potential real estate agent. We were looking for a home, got pre approval, but we didn't finalize an agent yet. In that open house we felt that Suzanne was an engaging and experienced professional and she was willing to know all our requirements. So, later after going home me and my wife decided to retain her as our agent. Over the months Suzanne provided us regular updates on new homes, scheduled and showed us homes. As a first time home buyer although we had some ideas what we were looking for but those ideas changed when we were looking at more and more homes. Suzanne was willing to listen to all our new or changed requirements and she would always provide her honest take on those. In the offer stage she provided us a lot of insights and provided suggestions on what it would take to win the offer. Not only that after closing she helped us find services/getting the work done like carpet cleaning, pressure washing etc (also appreciate her closing gifts). She also reminded us of small but important pending fixes we should do for our new home. Overall, we liked her honesty and integrity, attention to detail, easy going but still professional personality. As a first-time homebuyer, I was anxious about shopping in a very competitive price range. After spending months looking on my own, I began to get help from Suzanne. She listened carefully and responded to my specific requests, finding houses that had features I needed. By staying up-to-date on new listings, Suzanne quickly located possible homes. Suzanne helped us find our dream home two years ago. She spent weeks getting to know us, and researching the neighborhoods we were interested in. She emailed us practically every day with new listings. My wife and I began our first home buying experience toward the end of Summer 2016 when we met Suzanne. We were making our way through an open house she was hosting and we were immediately drawn to her positive energy and authentic kindness. With the tireless help from Suzanne, my wife and I now live in a house that met our financial, location, and style criteria. As new home buyers, we had countless questions and concerns, and Suzanne was always available to address those questions and assuage our concerns. My wife and I learned that buying a home is a team effort; it requires homebuyers to be organized, the lending institution to be motivated, and the Real Estate Professional to be a leader, an educator, and a magician. Once my wife and I decided on a home, we promptly realized we reached a whole other level of unknown territory. We didn't have a clue of what questions to ask during the inspection, what were reasonable negotiation terms to propose to the seller, what paperwork to gather, and how to deal with the ups and downs of the buying process.
