My involvement in real estate builds upon a high-profile career in international finance. Working and living around the world, I have developed a skills-set that serves my real estate clients well -- a shrewd negotiator, a track record of crafting effective marketing campaigns, ability to identify opportunities and navigate tricky situations, managing difficult counterparts, paying attention to detail, closing deals no matter how complex, and maximizing return on investment. Because of my academic degrees and certificates in economics and business (at Georgetown, Johns Hopkins and Stanford universities) I can also provide my clients sophisticated analysis and insights on trends that will help inform their real estate decisions, especially in a competitive market.

But buying and selling your personal home is more than achieving a good ROI. In addition to hard skills, I offer a range of soft skills that aim to make the transaction experience satisfying, inspiring and enjoyable. First and foremost, I am a good listener and I ensure that my clients' needs and wants are fully met. In addition to sales, I have extensive experience with remodeling and flipping homes. I can provide my clients creative design ideas for how to best prepare and stage homes to attract buyers, envision floor plan changes for a fixer-upper, select a color palate for a new home, bargain shop for high-end appliances, or avail of designer trade prices. Working with me also means access to a network of trusted contractors.

I live in the Wing Point neighborhood of Bainbridge Island with my husband, and close to our daughter and her young family. Reflecting the value I place on community involvement, I am a member of Bainbridge’s Utility Advisory Committee and the treasurer/board member of my HOA.
