ABOUT ME

Scott Waterworth moved to Colorado from the Bay Area, California in 2007 where he studied Architecture in Environmental Design at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Passionate about design and environmental sustainability, Boulder was a great fit. Come 2015, with encouragement from family and friends, he began his journey in real estate in Colorado at STEPS Real Estate. In 2017, Scott transferred home to California to further expand and grow his business. Here he began working for Lyon Real Estate. It was instantly a great fit because of LYON's great culture, attention to detail, and service.

Scott looks forward to building lasting relationships and provides a high level of service while protecting clients best interest. In his free time, he loves to enjoy the outdoors by taking the occasional hike or playing sports such as soccer & golf. Truly grateful for neighborhood friends, he makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that has been customary in Northern California.
