Ah, if it were that simple. Even after thirty years in the business, everyday is a new experience. I obviously find the challenges exciting and rewarding for why else would I still be here? It is extremely satisfying when achieving the goals of my client. Whether it be selling your home due to a job transfer, perhaps you have outgrown your home or are down sizing, or misfortune has fallen upon you and you have been given the dubious task of handling an estate, each must be handled differently for each client has different needs and goals.  This holds true with purchasing a home as well. Every client comes in with a wish list, it is our job to fulfill those desires as best we can within their budget. Our job entails being more than just a conduit to the selling or buying of property.  We are accountants, bankers, counselors, general contractors, engineers or any other profession that may be required to ease the minds of our client. This is not an eight to five job so it is imperative that you find the right agent. I have the experience and tenacity to follow through with what ever it takes to bring the deal to a joyous close.
