About Randy

He was raised in the Northern California coastal town of Eureka, received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Chico, and started his professional career in the San Francisco Bay area in the early 1980`s. After a 2 year hiatus in South Florida, Randy and his wife decided to make a permanent move to the Pacific Northwest. They moved to Poulsbo in 1988 and immediately fell in love with the beauty, friendly people, and outdoor recreational activities available in the Pacific Northwest. They have enjoyed raising their two daughters in Poulsbo and couldn’t be happier.

Professionally Speaking

After 19 years working for EDS, a Fortune 500 company in the Information Technology industry, Randy decided to make a career change that allowed him to use his business and follow-up skills as well as satisfy his desire to work with people. He obtained his Real Estate License in November of 2002 and joined the Windermere team in December of 2002. He has since obtained Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations as well as an Associate Brokers License and is currently the Assitant Manager at the Poulsbo Windermere office. Less than 5% of the Real Estate agents nationwide have their CRS designation.
