Randy brings more than four decades of real estate experience, specializing in new construction sales and marketing, account management, land acquisition, and exceptional client representation.

Born in Seattle, Randy graduated from Redmond High School and earned a B.A. in English from the University of Washington. He lives in Medina, Washington, with his wife, two children, and their two dogs, Izzy and Dory. After serving on the Medina Planning Commission beginning in 2013, Randy was elected to the Medina City Council in 2021 and re-elected in 2025. He currently serves as Deputy Mayor.

Randy offers deep knowledge and seasoned judgment in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Randy believes honesty and trust are the foundation of strong, lasting relationships, and he is known for his collaborative approach, thoughtful counsel, and his humor, creativity, and generosity.  

A recognized new construction expert, Randy has a long record of successfully guiding local, national, and multinational builders and developers through land acquisition, sales strategy, marketing, and consulting engagements.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys hiking, running, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
