Hello All! I am Patricia Mathews, a native of Napa, California, but was raised in the heartland of Michigan before finding my way back to the West Coast, settling in Woodland for the past decade. In 2022, I reached towards my passion for real estate and committed to making dreams come true, by joining the Lyon Property Management team in Davis, California.

Surrounded by a family deeply entrenched in the real estate industry-contractors, realtors, and house flippers-I developed an innate ability to see the potential in properties from an early age.
