My name is Nicolle Solden and I am a Park City, and Saint George, Utah agent who knows what it truly means to relocate, having studied on three continents, and been a resident to four countries - Australia, Ecuador, Mexico and the United States.

After graduating with my BA at the U of U, I pursued my higher education at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, at which time I obtained an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing. So, when it comes to numbers, business and the realities of corporate life, I have the education and real-world experience to tailor-fit the home buying process to the modern, working professional and their family.

Because I spent so much time in the business world (marketing, and sales in my previous corporate career) it was a natural transition into real estate. I find great satisfaction in using my expertise to deliver passionate service to people looking to achieve the most important investment of their lives - their home.

I split my time between  Park City and Saint George, Utah.   I specialize in both markets as it is common for many people in the luxury home market to own both a winter ski property and summer golf property.  

When I am not working with a client, I like to participate in outdoor sports. My ideal weekend includes trail running, skiing, or hiking in Park City or Zion National Park.

I still enjoy ample world travel, but also appreciate quiet time shared with a good book and a great white wine and time spent with my 2 teenagers.
