Meet Murage

Born on a small farm in the picturesque highlands of Kenya, approximately 20 miles north of the equator, I cultivated a deep appreciation for the land from an early age. On our family farm, we nurtured a variety of crops including maize, beans, potatoes, yams, bananas, cassava, and two distinct varieties of coffee. 

Upon my arrival in the United States, I found myself drawn to the diverse landscapes and opportunities that this vast nation offered. Settling initially in the vibrant city of Washington, D.C. My journey has since taken me through the rolling hills of Tennessee, the arid deserts of Arizona, and the sprawling landscapes of California, where I have resided for over 30 years.

After earning my degree from UC, Davis, I embarked on a career path that seamlessly blended my passion for real estate with my expertise in data analytics. My professional journey began in the heart of Davis, where I honed my skills in the intricacies of property transactions. However, it was my subsequent tenure of 23+ years with the State that truly shaped my understanding of land use and environmental monitoring.

In my role as a QA/QC Coordinator, I had the privilege of spearheading critical programs focused on water quality and land use analysis. Through collaborative efforts with esteemed institutions such as CSU Fresno, CSU Sacramento, and UC Davis, I facilitated the development of contracts aimed at enhancing educational initiatives in environmental sciences.

Throughout my life, the common thread has been my unwavering commitment to land use and data analytics. Whether deciphering water quality metrics or evaluating properties for sale, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to every endeavor.
