Michael Fanning is Senior Vice President with Windermere Services and Co-Owner of Windermere Coaching, where he leads an independent coaching program within the Windermere network working one-on-one with agents, managers, and owners to develop the mindset, skills, and strategies that drive lasting results.
A former Ninja Selling Master Instructor with over 16 years of experience, Michael has traveled extensively throughout the Western U.S., helping Windermere owners, managers, and agents build better businesses so they can live more balanced and meaningful lives. He regularly speaks to large audiences about positive mindset and business growth, and has taught classes for Windermere Professional Development covering technology, social media, and business development.
Michael's roots with Windermere run deep. He joined the company in 1997, helping launch one of the first IDX websites in the U.S. and spearheading technology advancements that ultimately contributed to the development of many of the tools Windermere agents rely on today.
In his role as Senior Vice President of Windermere Services, Michael collaborates with Brooks Burton, Jill Wood, and OB Jacobi, leveraging his expertise to support the Windermere network. He is dedicated to helping real estate professionals think innovatively and adapt to the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
