Exceptional Service, Dedicated to Outstanding Results

During my 26 years in client service, including private investment management, marketing, culinary and real estate - attention to detail has always been paramount and something on which I’ve built my success. I combine knowledge of the Eastside and Seattle neighborhoods, professionalism, passion, integrity and honesty in my work. Focusing on creating an exemplary experience for my clients is key to my lasting and successful client relationships.

My experience living abroad in both Europe and South East Asia as a member of the US Diplomatic Community has helped shape my open and inclusive world view. In 2011, we chose Kirkland as our, “home town of choice.” A few years later, we purchased a home in Kirkland and have realized a long time dream of designing and building a custom home for our family. Throughout this process, I have gained valuable knowledge of the land/lot sourcing process, permitting, and design/build process that benefits all of my clients whether they are looking to buy, sell, remodel, invest or find land on which to build.

Additionally, I have a trained eye for what will bring the most return on investment when it comes to designing, updating or just fixing up a home prior to listing it for sale. My ability to reimagine spaces, helps my clients identify the full potential a property has to become their dream home even if no updates have been done yet to the property.

Dedication to the community and contributing to the greater good is important to me as well. I have volunteered my time and resources to many different organizations focused on positively impacting the lives of women and children as well as tackling food and housing insecurity. Currently, I am supporting Hope Link on a regular basis and am serving on the Board of the Sam Smith Fund through the Windermere. The Windermere Foundation and its dedication to giving bak to local communities is one of the reasons why I love working at Windermere.

When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking with my two children, skiing, water sports, hiking fitness and long walks with my husband and our dog, Toffee. I enjoy attending live music events, art, and wine events and trying new restaurants too. Travel and sharing time with friends rejuvenates me as well. I enjoy developing lasting relationships with my clients and serving them though a dedication to exceptional service and consistent value added interactions. Connecting with clients, joy of service and helping people achieve their goals, while having fun along the way, is why I love working in real estate.
