I learned in my youth while helping my father with his land business that the search for the right place is about more than what you can find in the MLS or in a real estate search app. It is about the character of the neighborhood, the microclimates of a piece of land or the way it captures the morning light. After a long search for the perfect spot to raise a family, I moved to Spokane over a decade ago. I love Spokane, from its urban core to the mountains, forests, rolling hills, and rugged basalt cliffs around it. I have closely watched the real estate market since moving here, buying several properties and homes. In that time, I have come to know Spokane well, and can help guide you to your perfect place.
Experience
I have worked as a stay-at-home parent, an attorney and a teacher. As a parent of three kids and manager of a busy household, I understand family needs and priorities. As a former attorney and teacher I can guide you through and help you understand the potentially complex aspects of your real estate transactions.
Community Service
I believe in serving the community, and I have served on the local PTA, volunteered in the Foothills Rural Association, and I am a volunteer firefighter and EMT. As a firefighter, I have learned to respond quickly and adapt to changing and challenging situations. I have learned to remain calm under stress and to assess each situation thoroughly and individually. I will bring these skills and this service mindset to your land or home transaction.
