MEET STEVE FERRIS
When I was 16, I started my first business - house painting with three other buddies at the age of 16. At one time I had 30 painters working with me. I spent many years working with people improving their homes.
I bought my first house back in 1977. Since then I've bought and sold seven others.
After a brief sojourn in Florida a few years ago, I returned to my birthplace, Norcal. I needed a house. My friend said, "Call Linda!"-- Linda Logoteta, a long time real estate associate broker at Lyon Real Estate in Auburn. I called Linda. We looked at houses. I didn't get a house, but I did marry my Realtor ®.
Twelve years later, I decided to quit painting. But I love helping people with their homes, so I decided to move out of painting them and into helping people find or sell their homes alongside my wife.
So, besides an Associate's degree in Real Estate from Chamberlain College, I bring 40 years of personal experience buying and selling homes, 54 years of making homes look better for owners and investors and 12 years of listening and learning from my wife's experiences at night over the dinner table.
