Team Hovde, Kristine and Amanda, are professionals, true professionals. I should know, I'm a former real estate broker, but commercial not residential. I knew I needed someone to lead me through the residential sales process and through a referral, I met team Hovde. During our meet and greet on site, they did a thorough evaluation of what was needed to present the home to the market. We followed a game plan to refresh, understand the neighborhood and stage the home for the best buyer. Due to the current market and time of the year, we all knew that getting the right offer would be touch and go and so we went below assessed value to generate excitement. Boy, did we generate excitement! It went on the market on Friday and by the next Monday, we had several credible offers above asking price and a dream quick closing. Kristine and Amanda were a dream to work with and I would use the again in a second.

Working with Kristine, as well as her daughter Amanda, was such an incredible experience! Not being from the area we were nervous and unsure about where exactly we wanted to live and even the exact type of home we were looking for. With a lifetime's experience living and selling properties in the Edmonds (and North Seattle) area Kristine was an invaluable resource to us as we navigated the complicated and fast-paced scene of the Seattle area housing market. We began working together in August of 2020, and all the way until we finally found our perfect home in March of 2021, Kristine and Amanda were always there to provide support and advice as we exhausted every possible outlet to find a home. We had a really positive experience working with Kristine and Amanda this fall as first time home buyers! They were very responsive, happy to answer our (many) questions, and knowledgable of the market we were looking in. Their family's experience in construction also helped them spot things we alone would never have noticed, all the way up to talking us out of two houses we were enamored with... telling us 'you can do better.' They even came with a first rate network we've already tapped into for upgrades and repairs. At the end of the day, despite the difficulties of 2020, we got a great house, navigated the home buying process with minimal stress and actually had fun with it all. Highly recommended!

Kristin is the pro's pro. This is a agent you want on your side when it comes time to buy or sell a property. Very intuitive, understands the market very well and is always available to talk. She made the entire process easy to understand and to execute both the sale and purchase of our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend her. When you hire Kristine, not only are you hiring one of the hardest working brokers, but one that will deliver the results you are looking for.

Kristine helped us buy our new house and sell our old one so we have had a front seat to her expertise on both ends. On the purchase side, Kristine helped us navigate our offer through all of the other offers to get the house we wanted and to put our offer in the best light at the right time. Her experience helped us greatly as this turned out to be more complicated than we imagined. Selling our home was far from a breeze and Kristine's experience not only kept us calm but ensured that we ultimately sold our home and closed in a timely fashion. Her knowledge of the Edmonds market and network of experts saved us on multiple occasions and I can't think of doing this type of transaction with anyone else.

Kristine assisted with the sale of my dad's home which was 60 miles from her home and office and you would have thought she was around the corner, in person and or on the phone. My dad is elderly and it was emotional journey after losing my mom, she was patient and informative with him on all the paperwork and the ins and outs of the sale. She was also a gem to me in assisting the handling of the "buyer" who was very impatient and required a lot of attention -- she saved me from this "buyer from you know where" The sale happened timely and efficiently with Kristine running the show!

Kristine Hovde sold our home quickly and for more than we could have hoped for! She was professional in dealing with us, potential sellers, financial contacts and all the other people that came into the scene. We wanted to sell our rental home and knew that it needed some work to get it to the best possible shape to attract a buyer. She knew just what to suggest we do to improve the look of the home. Christine has been your agent now for several years. Her knowledge in the areas that she sells or purchases home is great. She is always reader hung for information to share with her clients. Christine is very knowledgable in realistsate. Her constant communication helps make transactions easy. Christine is always available even on short notice. You can always reach Christine by any form of communication and expect a very quick response back. Christine knows her pricing and the comps in the area of the purchase/ sale of your home.
