Latin Roots

Born in Nicaragua, I came to the United States when I was three. Having lived in Nicaragua, California, and Wisconsin, Washington state is by far the best. I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and never looked back. I had the privilege of learning English and Spanish at a young age, and I feel it has made me an excellent communicator in either language.

I have spent almost my entire life in the service industry. Making people smile and making someone’s day special is what I strive for. Being a former Chef, I’ve honed my eye for detail. Philosophy
