So, without Karen's knowledge or permission, I have taken the liberty of writing her bio.
If you ever wanted an agent with the ability to make you laugh even in the worst of times, this is your girl. She loves people, animals, and of course, Real Estate! When when it comes to Real Estate she knows her business, she knows her client(s) and she cares about both. Her clients ultimately become friends and clients for life.  She is a true professional!

Who is Karen?

As for the above, thank you for the awesome words in my bio Patience! So I guess it's my turn now to give a little bit more information about me so why not start with my personality. I am known as having the profile of an ENFP (Extroverted, Intuitive, Feeling and Perceptual)...in short, I am an 'Inspirer'!
This is how I am basically described: ENFPs are warm, enthusiastic and typically very bright and full of potential. They live in the world of possibilities, and can become very passionate and excited about things. Their enthusiasm lends them the ability to inspire and motivate others, more so than we see in other types. They can talk their way in or out of anything. They love life, seeing it as a special gift, and strive to make the most out of it.
Everything that they do must be in line with their values. An ENFP needs to feel they are living their lives as their true Self, walking in step with what they believe is right. They see meaning in everything!
I say THAT is a great match for the Real Estate world and an even better match for my Clients!!  After 18 years in this business it is true that my clients become friends and most of my business comes from their amazing referrals. 

From your first home to your second, third or just want an escape plan to leave this crazy world and explore a different state, I GOT you! It would be my pleasure to go on this never-ending journey with you! 

Extras!

I absolutely love to teach, train and share my experiences with other agents. I was a Regional Trainer with the first real estate company I was with and taught new and experienced agents how to work with Buyers. I have also taught small sessions on how to create and retain business and keep clients for life and how to create vision boards based off personal goals and aspirations. I have held certifications to teach Real Estate related classes in Washington State as well as First Time Homebuyers' classes.

As with everything in my life, both personally and professionally, I like to have fun! (And what is life without laughter?) Oh....and I love to cook...especially with home grown produce!  A few more fun things...I have a fondness for flea markets, garage sales, antiquing and am always on the hunt for the unusual find. I like to indulge in a martini or whatever cocktail of the hour is available and last but not least, I have a huge soft spot for animals so if we are at a house, I probably will pet the animals first before I show you the kitchen!
