Jon and his late wife June were born and raised and went to school in Whatcom County. 3 of his 5 children and 6 of his 15 grand children and 4 of his 14 great grand kids, live and work and play in Whatcom County.

Since 1930 many generations have known the SOINE name to mean the Highest level of Service. For 50 Years three generations of the Soine Family serviced the needs of many generations at SOINE'S SHOES.
For the last 39 years I have loved serving all my clients, customers and friends and families REAL ESTATE NEEDS.

A Lifetime of Service
Jon has devoted a lifetime of service, working with his late wife helping her in the Bellingham School System, as a member of many clubs and after 35 years retiring as a Senior Naval Officer.
I have worked tirelessly to protect Property Rights and on the local, state and national levels working for legislation for lowering taxes, creating jobs and protection of home owners rights.
Nationwide everyone that sells a home benefits from a bill while I was Chair of the Washington REALTORS Tax & Fiscal Committee that I carried to Congress as a priority legislation for National Association of REATLOR's. It allowed a $500,000 exemption for capital gains for a couple upon the sale of their principle residence.
