REALTOR® John Sappington always goes to bat for his clients. Not only is John very easy to work with, but he always stays on top of his transactions and doesn’t take on more than he can handle.

            John brings a wide breadth of experience to his career as a real estate agent. He was a lead building engineer with The Bon Marché/Macy’s for 12 years, and in the past he also had his own a small construction business. John also brings his experience in property management, remodeling, and business management to each of his real estate transactions. For many years, John has been active in the local community, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, and assisting with donations to the Pleateau Outreach Ministries.

            John lives in Enumclaw, and he is an amatuer photographer, a Dale Chihuly fan, and glass collector.

A: I specialize in working with land sales and manufactured homes on leased land.
