I have been a long time Carlsbad, California resident since 1981 where I raised my family in this beautiful city.  I bring my experience as a Librarian at the Carlsbad City Library for the past 25 years to the Windermere Homes and Estates in Carlsbad, Ca. Prior to joining the Windermere Team I taught Children’s Literature at Palomar College. As an educator and librarian, I learned how to be patient, detailed oriented and a strong advocate for my students.

As your Realtor, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, I will work with you to get the fairest price, in least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and Windermere Home and Estates superior marketing materials.  If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need me.

Whether you want a quaint home in town or rental property, I have a vast knowledge about locations, value, property types, building requirements and zoning. I thoroughly love my work, and enjoy the fantastic people I meet every day. I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in North Coastal San Diego.

When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time playing tennis, deep sea fishing, umpiring and traveling with my wife Stacey and cooking dinner for my family and friends.  I volunteer for my HOA in Capri and Windermere Foundation that helps disadvantaged families and children.
