I am new to Real Estate; however, I have a particularly unique background that makes me a perfect fit for this time and location. I specialize in matching clients to homes that are energy efficient or are excellent candidates for improvements in their energy efficiency. I believe that the Sacramento area is the perfect location for this specialization. We are subject to a changing climate and highly variable precipitation. Simultaneously, there are significant institutional changes in California and the Sacramento area that require knowledge of regulations regarding electricity and energy utilization and production. I have a doctorate from UC Davis in economics with a focus on environmental and resource economics. This background allows me to help clients select and sell their homes with a focus on the current environmental footprint and more significantly in terms of the costs of home ownership over the next 10 to 30 years.
