I originally reached out to Heather 6 months before I actually started selling, because my friend referred me to her, and Heather made such a positive first impression on me. Even though I was a complete stranger, I felt cared for and understood by Heather. So, when it came to time selling my condo, I knew I had to work with Heather.
This was an incredibly emotional process for me, and Heather was there for me every step of the way. She facilitated all the communication between me and my no-contact ex-husband. She was not only on top of every single step, but she also proactively made decisions to get us ahead. She kept us competitive, even in a buyer's market.
