About Harriet

I have been a Realtor since 1990. I began my career in Running Springs, Ca. where I lived in the small ski town of Green Valley Lake, 7000' up in the San Bernardino National Forest and worked the Running Springs area. We moved to Port Angeles in 1994 where I continue a successful Real Estate career. I am a full time Real Estate Broker and am active in my community. I have served on several boards and have received some awards for my service and commitment.  I am a casual low key agent who prides myself with the ability to listen to what my clients say. I have taken over 870 hours of continued education class's to keep myself up to date on new and improved market trends. I work well with other agents in negotiating the best deal for my clients. Whether you are a seller or buyer, I would love to get together and see if we can work together to get the job done.

My education & designations

Since earning my Real Estate License in 1990, I have taken close to 900 hours of continued education classes. The classes included, 1031 Exchange, financing, appraisal, ethics, how to Sell a Business, and negotiating skills to mention a few topics. I have also earned  the designation of ABR or Accredited Buyers Representative and was one of the first and few agents to earn Eco-Broker status.  Where I learned  about ways of cutting energy costs when building while helping the environment at the same time. I was pleased and honored to have been voted the 2012 Realtor Achievement Award winner. An award given to a Realtor that is not only a productive agent, but is also active in the local Board of Realtors and in the community. Nice to be recognized by your peers for working hard.

My life away from work

When I am not at the office or out showing property, I enjoy everything outdoors. This is an incredible spot to call home, from the Olympic mountains to the Strait of Juan de Fuca you can fish, kayak, hike, walk or bike the wonderful Olympic Discovery Trail. At home on my little farm in the beautiful Eden Valley, on the west side of Port Angeles I enjoy numerous critters, donkeys, sheep, chickens a large garden + greenhouse,a cat, dog, parrot + a tropical fish tank. As you can imagine I have a lot of energy.

How I will work with you

I love interacting with people and pride myself in the ability to listen. I will do my best to pay attention to what you say. I will keep myself abreast of the latest market changes. I return messages quickly and will keep you informed in a timely manner. Regardless of whether you are looking to sell or interested in purchasing, please give me a call and lets see if we can`t work together. Thank you for visiting my web site and please feel free to call me. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you buy or sell you next home or piece of ground. Sincerely, Harriet Reyenga
