Experience

With over 32 years of real estate experience, Erin has worked in the Bellevue Commons office of Windermere since 1991. From a receptionist while in college to a successful sales agent for over three decades, she has proved to be not only an expert in real estate, but a trusted advocate for her clients. "Nothing is more valuable than proven experience. Years of experience with various situations have taught me what works and what doesn't, enabling me to get the best result for clients in any circumstance." This strong knowledge and confidence has led to Erin's success as a service and results-driven professional.

Client Centered Service

"How you live and what is important to you is always my focus. I'm not selling a product, the goal is to serve & advocate for each unique situation." Erin works throughout King and Snohomish county and specializes in Eastside communities, particularly in Bellevue, Kirkland & Sammamish. Erin understands what people in transition need. Whether it's a growing family in need of a larger home, empty nesters wanting to downsize, or a client facing divorce, she provides supportive and attentive care. Confidentiality is something many clients need, she respects every client's privacy and helps them feel at ease being a trusted partner.

Business Philosophy and Working Style

Every buyer and seller receives the ultimate high-level service experience. Whether you need creative solutions to find that dream home, professional staging and customized marketing to get the best price on a sale, Erin delivers excellence. "Referrals are the focus of my business. When I work with a new client, I have to earn their trust. The highest compliment I receive is a referral from a client I have served."

Her Personal Interests

Erin & her husband Chris have raised three children in Sammamish. As a northwest native and Sammamish resident for over 30 years, she has experienced the growing community, local schools & sports at every level. Putting family first is sometimes challenging in this business but they manage to fit it all in. Enjoying time in Eastern Washington on the lake or in the mountains is how they spend their 'off' time.
