Drew is a Managing Broker in WA & Principal Broker in OR who practices land, commercial, investment, & residential real estate. He helps investors make more money, buyers save money, and sellers maximize their profit.

Since he became licensed in 2008, Drew has handled hundreds of property transactions & evaluated thousands of acres. He specializes in land development & timberland investments, but he also sells a fair number of houses and tends to work on other complicated or unique commercial properties. In 2024, he ranked #1 in WA State for the number of closed land transactions and ranked within the top 75 brokers for the total number of closed transactions in WA State. In the last year, he has worked in over 30 different counties and covers the states of WA and OR.

Drew graduated magna cum laude from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree as a double-major (Religious Studies and Philosophy). In 2019, he earned a real estate instructor license. Most recently, he received a graduate certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. He is 5X certified by the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors, Washington Realtor Association, Oregon Association of Realtors, and Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors.

Through, available, energetic, a go getter like no one I have seen before. Drew knows the market and knows what direction is the best for you the seller. He was available ANYTIME! Drew is very passionate about what he does. The wealth of knowledge he has about his work is so beneficial. The stories and the experiences he has shared with us contributed to our knowledge and helped us identify the right house for us. He is very honest and does his best effort to assist a client. He is patient and does not rush just to make a sale. He does take the time with each client to ensure that this is something that the client will love in the long run. We can feel that he truly values the relationship over sale (money). In this round, I think we have visited almost 9-10 open houses to choose the right fit. You can never feel from Drew that he is getting frustrated as we have done a ton of open house walk-throughs. He gave us the time to review each house and provided the information that is greatly needed. He also does go above and beyond for a client to ensure everything is going well. He has good follow through with all his tasks and he also has a great turnaround time in looping back with the client. Furthermore, he is also a great collaborator. He keeps himself informed and coordinates the transaction with the client and the lending company to make it efficient.

This is the hardest working, and the most effective Agent you could ask for! Whether you are buying or selling this is the Agent you want! He was able to sell my property because he was 100% engaged for me and tackled every issue that came up. This property would not have closed without his skill and engagement. In my experience I have never met and agent that is so really there for you. I know because I was unavailable (in another state and different time zone) and he was able, on multiple occasions, to meet contractors at the property to correct issues to keep things moving forward. Without his extraordinary efforts on my behalf, the sale would have never come to closure. He is passionate about what he does, has loads of integrity, and makes every effort to keep you informed, guide you if you want it, and finds solutions to complete the sale.
